In times of disaster the United Way Regional Volunteer Center’s role is to set up a Volunteer Reception Center (VRC) where spontaneous volunteers will come to register, trained, and assigned volunteer “jobs” where the assistance is most needed. If you are interested in assisting during times of disaster NOW is the time to register so we can provide training and match your skills and passion BEFORE a disaster occurs.
