Friday, August 4th begins with a Kick off Breakfast at two locations before heading out to your registered volunteer project! - Valparaiso Kick off Breakfast will be held at the William E. Urschel Pavilion in Downtown Valpo, 8:00am-9:00am - Portage kick off breakfast will be held at the Portage Township YMCA on Willowcreek Road from 8:00am-9:00am - LaPorte County volunteers should report directly to their work sites.
When you register, be sure to include your teammates names, emails and preferred shirt sizes. Free Day of Caring t-shirts will be given to volunteers, but sizes cannot be guaranteed. Each volunteer will need to sign a provided paper copy of the Volunteer Liability Form at their work site on the day of the event.
